Fear Immunity Workouts 

Hacking Fears bootcamps are a set of weekly challenges to retrain our fear-loving brains and build ‘fear immunity.’ We start with your customized goal and ensure you achieve it by the end of the bootcamp course. To do this, we give you controlled, structured ‘fear activity workouts’ to build your confidence through (mildly) fear-inducing activities. We simplifying medically-proven steps to overcome fear and put all the steps into increasingly challenging actions. What is fearful today can be exciting and empowering tomorrow.

You would never run a marathon just by reading about exercise–you would practice and train your body to endure 26 miles. Think about all life’s other major goals: negotiating raises, selling your idea or product, starting a company, or pursuing your ultimate life dream. Somehow you’re expected to just go out into the world and succeed without any practice? We want to change that.
